What do you mean by DreamWorks WaterPark is only open to the neighboring American Dream. Anybody could go the water park is just located inside of the mall.

#16 is no longer open. There is however a Great Wolf Lodge in Bloomington, MN near the Mall of America but it only has an indoor waterpark.
